WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.

AFTER THE GOODS ARE DISPATCHED, HOW LONG DOES FOR STANDARD SHIPPING TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a clickable link that will provide you with the tracking information for your package. If you are having trouble viewing this, feel free to contact us. In some instances, carrier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa) and paypal.

WHEN I PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, IT SAYS “A MATCH OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CITY, STATE, AND POSTAL CODE FAILED.” WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please kindly make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there is no spelling mistake. Please also avoid short forms of City, and do not include the State information within the City input box. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.

I PAID WITH MY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD, BUT WHY DID I GET AN EMAIL FROM PAYPAL FOR COMFIRMATION?

We use the PayPal platform, so even if you used your credit / debit card, you’ll receive a confirmation from the PayPal team.

I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THEM TO RESPOND?

For email, expect a response within 12-48 hours from our representatives. Our representatives are available Monday-Sunday.

WHAT ARE UNAUTHORIZED AUTHENTIC (UA) SHOES?

Unauthorized authentic, otherwise known as “UA”, are shoes that are produced in the same factories (using the same exact materials) as the authentic product when they were commissioned by shoe manufacturers and companies, but sold by someone else. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AUTHENTIC AND UNAUTHORIZED AUTHENTIC SHOES?

No difference at all. The shoes are 100% identical. UA shoes are usually made in the same factories, with the same materials, with the same workers that make the official retail pairs. And yes, all of our shoes come with the same box like the retail ones 🙂

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

Some items are restocked every now and then. However, some of our items are very exclusive and may not be restocked after being sold out. We advise you to sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about these restocks.

I AM MISSING AN ITEM IN MY RECEIVED ORDER. WHAT NOW?

Don’t worry if you have an item missing in your received order. To ensure you the most optimized shipping time possible, orders are occasionally shipped out separately to your doorstep.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

In case your order hasn’t been processed yet, it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been processed it is not able to change or cancel your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

Since our sneakers are made out of high quality material, we cannot allow returns or exchanges on products that have been tampered with and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or we made a mistake on the order.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you wish to return your product, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and the product you would like to return. When returning goods by mail, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.
