Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days and shipped within 10-28 business days depending on your location.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a clickable link that will provide you with the tracking information for your package. You also can track your order by clicking this link -> TRACK YOUR ORDER

We accept major debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa)
Please kindly make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there is no spelling mistake. Please also avoid short forms of City, and do not include the State information within the City input box. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.

For email, expect a response within 24 hours from our representatives. Our representatives are available Monday-Sunday.
Some items are restocked every now and then. However, some of our items are very exclusive and may not be restocked after being sold out. We advise you to sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about these restocks.
Please use the contact form given and submit a request to change address. Please note it is only possible to change address if the order has not been processed yet.
Don’t worry if you have an item missing in your received order. To ensure you the most optimized shipping time possible, orders are occasionally shipped out separately to your doorstep.
In case your order hasn’t been processed yet, it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been processed it is not able to change or cancel your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Since our product are made out of high quality material, we cannot allow returns or exchanges on products that have been tampered with and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or we made a mistake on the order.

If you wish to return your product, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and the product you would like to return. When returning goods by mail, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.
