Returns and Exchanges
Since our product are made out of high quality material, we cannot allow returns or exchanges on products that have been tampered with and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or we made a mistake on the order.

If you wish to return your product, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and the product you would like to return. When returning goods by mail, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.
